Welcome to Valentines Chefs Table at Botanist!
We are hosting our valentines/forever alone chef's table on Feb 14th at Botanist! We will be serving a 4 course meal complete with paired wine! Menu is as follows:
Course 1: Antipasta - Strawberry/Romaine with Fresh Poppy Seed Dressing and Shaved Parmesean paired with Crisp Chardonnay
Course 2: Soup - Bacon Roasted Potato-Leek Soup served with Individual Baguettes
Course 3: Entree - Slow Marinated Chicken and Beef Kabobs Served with Fresh Pita and Macedonian Rice paired with Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
Course 4: Dessert - Valentines Cupcakes and Assorted Chocolate/Candy Selections
